I'm Bianca, someone passionate about a freer, more diverse, and fun world. I bring a legacy mindset that connects with all generations.


As a strategist, I craft projects across branding, content, consumer insights, research, and future thinking. My approach starts with genuine connection: I map and listen to different people, uncovering what truly matters in their lives and routines. I tune into both rational and emotional drivers, translate complex expert knowledge, and stay attuned to cultural shifts. My goal is simple-blend truth, relevance, and creative imagination in every project.


While I follow a structure, I always leave room for organic development, making each project uniquely its own. I collaborate with advertising agencies, branding and research consultancies, design studios, and innovation hubs. I also work directly with brands on their strategic needs.


With 18 years of experience developing strategies for large and international brands, I welcome projects of all sizes. My background spans diverse categories including food & beverages, energy drinks, health, beauty, personal care, fashion, automotive, banking/fintech, home, education, entertainment, and technology.


Beyond my strategic work: I founded an e-commerce fashion brand (2013-2016) and contribute to social projects as a volunteer.

Including co-creating research methodology, moderating focus groups, and conducting in-depth interviews.

By identifying emerging trends, disruptors, and enablers, and designing innovative product or service concepts for future scenarios.
